This is my third time going to Charlie and my 2nd lip filler and oh my god it went so smoothly. Charlie is a perfectionist and takes her time. She makes me feel at ease especially when nervous at the start. Bruising and swelling was minimal. Absolutely recommend Charlie.

Today was my second time in the clinic with Charlie. The clinic is lovely, with very high standards of hygiene. Charlie is so welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. In the initial consultations, I felt she really did listen to me and was very empathetic and understanding about what I wanted to achieve. She recommended the treatments that would be best suited and I am over the moon with the results. I feel very lucky to have discovered this little gem of a place!

I met with Charlie for the micro needling facial and she immediately pit me at ease. The clinic was beautiful and such a relaxing environment. She took me through the treatment and let me know what was happening at each stage. I loved the results of my treatment and would highly recommend her as a therapist

Charlie really does take the time to get to know you. My lashes are a pain but she allows space for constructive conversation to help get you what you want form a treatment and with each treatment she perfects. My lashes were even better the second time round and I can't wait to come back the third time because I know they'll only get better. She's easy to talk to and you do feel valued, can't recommend enough! x
