"Today was my second time in the clinic with Charlie. The clinic is lovely, with very high standards of hygiene. Charlie is so welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. In the initial consultations, I felt she really did listen to me and was very empathetic and understanding about what I wanted to achieve. She recommended the treatments that would be best suited and I am over the moon with the results. I feel very lucky to have discovered this little gem of a place!"

"Charlie really does take the time to get to know you. My lashes are a pain but she allows space for constructive conversation to help get you what you want form a treatment and with each treatment she perfects. My lashes were even better the second time round and I can't wait to come back the third time because I know they'll only get better. She's easy to talk to and you do feel valued, can't recommend enough! x"
