My first time meeting Charlie and having a treatment, I was booked in for a normal facial to begin with but when I got to the appointment and we sat down and discussed what it is I actually wanted to achieve Charlie was open and honest with what treatments I needed to have done. Totally felt like she actually wanted to help.
