"I came to a skin consultation thinking I wanted one thing but advised I needed something else to help an area of sagging. I was fully advised and Charlie is so lovely and helpful answering all my questions and reassuring me many times she also didn't take any opportunity to up sell, she took my concerns on board and advised what was best for me and how I was feeling.
