My first time meeting Charlie and having a treatment, I was booked in for a normal facial to begin with but when I got to the appointment and we sat down and discussed what it is I actually wanted to achieve Charlie was open and honest with what treatments I needed to have done. Totally felt like she actually wanted to help. The whole experience was more than what I expected, hand on heart have found my go to girl for all future treatments, can’t wait for my next appointment.

I came to a skin consultation thinking I wanted one thing but advised I needed something else to help an area of sagging. I was fully advised and Charlie is so lovely and helpful answering all my questions and reassuring me many times she also didn't take any opportunity to up sell, she took my concerns on board and advised what was best for me and how I was feeling. During the procedure Charlie was brilliant and I'd highly recommend Dolce 🌟 Glow
